Returns and Shipping
We do not offer returns on products, all sales are final. Please make sure you read sizing and material descriptions carefully. We're happy to answer any questions before you make a purchase! Email us using the form on the site or at email@example.com.
Due to our products being hand made there can be some variation in quality. If your purchase arrives broken or breaks within 30 days of arrival, we offer a replacement or refund of the purchase price depending on stock availability. Your original shipping fees are not refundable.
This only applies to products purchased through WinonaIrene.com. To inquire about a replacement or refund, send an image of the defective item and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation and a notification once it has shipped. We try to ship within 1-3 business days. During times of high volume this may extend to 5-7 business days. We're a very small operation and appreciate the patience as we expand.
After your order has shipped we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We only have access to the same tracking information that will be linked in your shipping confirmation.
Packages returned to sender:
If your package is returned to us, please let us know if you would like to have your package resent. If you do not contact us within 30 days of the package being returned, a refund will be issued for the price of the items. Your shipping fees are not refundable. If you would like us to resend, you will be billed for the applicable shipping fees.
